Is your website secure?
YES! We collect payment details on a secure (https) page. Our credit card transactions are
sent through a 128-bit encrypted secure gateway to our Wells Fargo merchant account. Beadie's Beadwork
will never sell, rent or release your personal information to anyone.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement from "Beadies Beadwork".

Where is my order? Can I get a tracking number?
We ship either USPS first class or USPS Priority (your choice at checkout).
Therefore, we do NOT provide tracking numbers.
First class mail can take 3-8 business days, Priority up to 3 business days. The post office does not ship on Sundays or holidays
Because we use the Post Office, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Contact Us if you need information on an order that has not arrived yet.

Can I get a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog.
High quality printed catalogs are too expensive to produce, and we add a lot of products regularly, so any printed version would get out of date quickly.
All of our products are shown online in high quality images.

How many beads are in a 4 gram tube of 11/0 Delicas?
There are approximately 800 beads to each 4 gram tube 11/0 of Delicas.

Backorders
If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will send your order
without the item. We will send you an email telling you the item is on backorder and the expected
delivery date. At that time you can tell us to cancel the backordered item or deliver it when
it arrives. Usually we will not be delayed more than 2 weeks on any item.
We try to keep the website up to date, but if you need to know if we have something in stockbefore ordering,
please email us first.
Special Orders
We can special order certain patterns and products, or extra large
quantities of beads. Please email for details.
Special orders must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable
Lost Orders
In the rare event of a lost order, we reserve the right to wait 30 days
from the time we mail an order to make compensation. See our Shipping page for more details on our shipping policies.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout, check and money order. When you get ready to Checkout, you can choose your payment option.
Note: Checks and Money Orders must be for the exact purchase amount.
Exchanges & Returns
We allow merchandise to be exchange or returned.
Please Email
us first for directions on how to return or exchange items.
Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns of orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
Exceptions:
No returns or exchanges on Patterns and Books.
No returns or exchanges on Special Orders.
Restricted Countries
We do NOT accept orders originating from Africa, Indonesia or South America.
Unfortunately, the high incidence of internet fraud makes it too expensive to do business in these areas.
Orders from these places will be cancelled and the charges refunded.
